What We Specialize In
Alzheimer’s Disease
When memory changes begin to affect daily life, a thorough neurological evaluation can help determine whether symptoms reflect an underlying condition such as Alzheimer’s disease. At Neurology Clinic P.C., our board-certified neurologists provide advanced diagnostic testing and individualized care plans designed to support patients and families at every stage. Early evaluation is one of the most important steps in accessing effective treatment options, planning for the future, and connecting with the right resources.
We prioritize your quality of life and dignity so that you and your loved ones can face Alzheimer’s with confidence.
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks the protective myelin coating of nerves in the brain and spinal cord, leading to symptoms such as fatigue, numbness, vision changes, weakness, and difficulty with balance and coordination. At Neurology Clinic P.C., our neurologists provide expert MS evaluations, advanced imaging, and access to the latest disease-modifying therapies, including on-site infusion services.
Whether you are seeking a diagnosis, managing a recent relapse, or exploring new treatment options, our team is here to help you take control of your care.
Parkinson’s Disease
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological condition that affects movement, balance, and coordination, often beginning with subtle symptoms such as a slight tremor, stiffness, or a change in handwriting or facial expression.
At Neurology Clinic P.C., our neurologists provide thorough evaluations for Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders, offering expert diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing care designed to help patients maintain function, independence, and quality of life as the disease evolves. Early diagnosis and proactive treatment planning are key to managing symptoms effectively over time.
Migraine
Migraines are more than just headaches. They are a neurological condition that can cause debilitating pain, nausea, visual disturbances, and sensitivity to light and sound, sometimes lasting hours or days, and they can significantly affect work, relationships, and quality of life. At Neurology Clinic P.C., our neurologists evaluate the full spectrum of headache disorders, identify underlying triggers, and develop individualized treatment plans that may include preventive medications, on-site Botox injection therapy, nerve blocks, and emerging therapies.
Peripheral Neuropathy
Numbness, tingling, burning pain, or weakness in the hands and feet can signal damage to the peripheral nerves, the network that carries signals between the brain, spinal cord, and the rest of the body. Peripheral neuropathy has many potential causes, including diabetes, autoimmune disease, vitamin deficiencies, and toxic exposures, and identifying the underlying cause is essential to guiding effective treatment.
At Neurology Clinic P.C., our neurologists offer comprehensive neuropathy evaluations with on-site electrodiagnostic testing (EMG and nerve conduction studies) to pinpoint the source of your symptoms and develop a targeted treatment plan.
Stroke & Vascular Disease
A stroke occurs when blood flow to the brain is interrupted, causing brain cells to lose oxygen and begin to die within minutes. The effects of a stroke can range from mild weakness or speech difficulty to severe, life-altering disability, and the long-term impact depends heavily on how quickly treatment is received and how effectively recovery is managed.
At Neurology Clinic P.C., our neurologists provide post-stroke neurological evaluations, vascular risk factor management, secondary stroke prevention planning, and evaluation for stroke-related complications, including post-stroke seizures, cognitive changes, and spasticity.

Dr. Dryn is great! I’ve been seeing her since 2022, and she has helped me get back to normal. It took some trial and error, but we have figured out what works for my migraines. I genuinely feel like she and her team have been great at advocating for me to my insurance companies. Her MA is so sweet and kind. There has been minimal wait time every time.

Dr. Cara Pendley is the GREATEST!!! She’s been my neurologist since October 2017. She is extremely thorough and checks and rechecks everything to figure out what’s going on with me. One of her greatest strengths is that she listens to her patients compassionately and does so in a non-judgmental manner. Her staff is well trained, eager to please, and their compassion is a reflection of the practice.

I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager for my migraines (and other neurological issues over the years). I’d never want to go to any other place. Dr. Henderson is great and has always listened to all my concerns. The rest of the staff has also always been nothing but nice and friendly to me.
